Job role: Urban Designer

Location: Exeter

Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP30,000

An amazing opportunity has opened for an Urban Designer with one of my award winning clients. With offices around the UK the successful candidate will be based in Exeter on a permanent basis. If you are the right candidate you will be working on a range of projects within the public and private sector.

My client is looking for an urban designer who has a range of experience from urban extensions and smaller scale residential projects along with town centre regeneration. This opportunity provides the candidate with fast career progression.

To be considered for this Urban Designer role you will need:-

  • MSC in Urban Design
  • Extensive experience in the UK
  • Previous experience using AUTOCAD, Creative suite and 3D design modelling
  • Experience in an urban designer role
  • Understanding the UK planning system
  • Experience submitting outline applications
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Experience of leading the design process
