Client Service Team Member

I am currently recruiting for a number of Client Service team members, working for a well known and established Utility Sector in Lytham, St Annes, on a temporary basis.

The role will involve -

- Providing first class service within a customer environment via telephone and email
- Prompt resolution of customer queries and requests in line with company SLAs
- Working collaboratively with other departments, Account Managers and 3rd parties to resolve customer issues and requests
- Proactive management of complex customer issues and escalations; investigation of any issues, fixing the root cause and/or escalating where applicable to resolve
- Invoice validation

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following -
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and balance multiple workstreams
- Adaptability & willingness to learn
