Working within this very busy department the successful candidate will be directly responsible for a portfolio of rental properties. Primarily dealing with queries from landlords and tenants both electronically and by telephone (no face to face contact).
Queries will mainly be maintenance based so our Property Manager will be arranging for contractors to visit the properties, dealing with quotations and pro-actively making sure that related repairs are completed properly. Therefore, candidates must have previous experience in Residential lettings but ideally Property Management itself would a distinct advantage.
The role is 100% office based so strong communication skills, both written and oral will be essential. Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm plus occasional Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm (where Saturdays are worked then a day off in lieu will be taken during the week). Must be a car owner driver.
