Elevation Business Support are working with an independent manufacturer to recruit an Interim Customer Service Manager for a fixed term contact of circa 14 months (maternity cover)
This is a great opportunity to work directly for the chief executive and have responsibility for multiple areas of the organisation from customer service to pricing, to production through to product delivery.
This role is not for the faint hearted this is a great chance to really show your ability to multi task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and gain exposure to all aspects of the customer journey.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
•Working directly with the CEO to create final pricing for customers- analysing profit margins, working out production costs
•Creating pricing and quotes for sales team
•Liaising with internal departments, to get the finish product out of the door
•Account managing large existing clients and maintaining relationships
•Attending production meetings, and senior meetings and minute taking
•Supporting and guiding a small customer service team in day to day duties
•Hands on duties such as processing orders, answering inbound outbound customer calls, email enquires
Key Skills Required:
•Previous management experience within a manufacturing Company
•Outstanding customer service skills
•Passion and willing to succeed
•Impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to be thorough with all duties
•Ability to multi-task, be organised and methodical
•Microsoft proficient
