Our client have an excellent opportunity to work in a small friendly team being the first point of contact. You will be responsible for general administration and will also be supporting the sales team and other departments. This is a fantastic time to join a growing business with great career development.
Duties:
* Processing incoming orders
* Liaising closely with our sales and engineering departments
* Allocating/scheduling engineers
* Inputting all data into our system
* Producing weekly reports
* Chasing Payments
* Creating invoices
* Answer all incoming calls & emails
Skills:
* Highly Organised
* Able to remain calm under pressure
* Strong communication skills - Verbal and written
* Good IT skills - Word, Excel & Outlook
* Experience of working in a similar office environment
* Ability to multi-task
Salary - GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 depending on experience
Hours - 8:30 - 5:30pm Benefits : Free Parking on site, 28 days holiday, Pension
