PMO Analyst/Project Support/Project Delivery/Change/Permanent/Warwickshire

A great opportunity for a passionate and experienced PMO Analyst to join my well known and award winning client at their head office in Warwickshire.

The PMO Analyst will develop and provide PMO insight and support to change programmes and projects on behalf of the EPMO to support the effective delivery of projects and programmes.

Key responsibilities:

*Provide guidance and consultancy on the Change and Governance frameworks.
*Analyse and interpret information on programme and project progress.
*Co-ordinate reporting activities across the programme or project.
*Support and manage programme and project 'health checks'.
*Develop, maintain and report on programme/project budgets, including resources, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure they are accurate, up to date and any issues highlighted.
*Review, record and maintain programme and project controls, including risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
*Provide support for resource management, planning and estimating, and quality management of programmes and projects as required.
*Plan, arrange and manage the administration of meetings and workshops, including the recording of outcomes and production of minutes to ensure their smooth operation and compliance with governance standards.
*Deliver short term, one off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager support roles in equivalently sized organisations.
*An understanding of the programme/project delivery life cycle.
*Experience of PPM support tools is desirable.
*Good PC-based skills (MS Office) including Visio.
*PRINCE2 (or equivalent) is essential (or willingness to work towards).
