Work.Live.Leicestershire (WiLL) is a £2.4m programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund working with people who are economically inactive and unemployed living in rural Leicestershire.

WiLL helps people to improve their health and wellbeing, gain skills and work experience, and have improved confidence, motivation and social engagement, that enables them to move into job search, training, or employment.

The programme is a partnership of 8 organisations from Leicester with Vista leading the programme.

The programme runs from January 2019 - June 2020.

Vista is seeking a full time Finance Officer to oversee financial compliance across the programme and delivery partners. They will monitor income and expenditure across all elements of the programme. They will work closely with the WiLL Data Officer to track delivery against profile and report directly to the Programme Lead.

Essential skills:

• Previous experience of working in a finance environment
• AAT Qualified or working towards qualification.
• Experience in working on funded projects.
• Of meeting targets and working in teams.
• IT experience, including MS Office applications, and email/internet

This is a fixed term post until June 2020, we would ideally like the successful candidate to join us ready for the beginning of the project in January 2019.

Flexible working arrangements would be considered for the right candidate.
