Variable Hours | £17.63 to £25.30 per hour

A Programme Lead/Tutor/Assessor is required to work in the College’s Business Academy delivering CIPD Human Resources courses and Apprenticeship Standards at a Levels 3 & 5. 

We are looking for a tutor with experience of teaching courses awarded by CIPD. Key areas of expertise required are in the role of the Human Resources department, performance management, resourcing & talent planning, and developing HR professional practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach students who are looking for a career in HR, or are already working in an HR role and are motivated to study for personal and career development.  

The successful candidate will have relevant industry knowledge of HR practices and hold a CIPD membership/accreditation.
