As a Contact Centre Advisor, you’ll work in a busy multi-channel contact centre environment that will include phone, email, text, web chat and social media communications from all customers.  Delivering an exceptional customer experience, you’ll provide a first point resolution service to a range of queries such as dealing with repair enquiries and making appointments, rent payments, housing advice, housing allocations and anti-social behaviour.


You’ll:
-Have some experience working within a contact centre

-Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

-Be digital savvy.

-Have the energy and enthusiasm to help deliver an amazing customer experience


The Contact Centre is open 8am until 6pm, so your normal hours of work will be 37 hours per week, arranged flexibly between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
