In this varied contract, you will have the chance to facilitate the delivery of our client’s leading engineering services within a fast-paced and engaging environment.   

The Role  

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll schedule planned preventative maintenance visits with Engineers and customers.  

Splitting your time 50/50 between administration and customer service, you will:   

- Respond to a range of telephone queries 
- Ensure that maintenance visits are completed within set timescales  
- Make sure that customers’ schedules are correct  
- Manage subcontractor orders  
- Issue maintenance completion certificates to customers  
- Prepare completed visits for billing  

About You  

To be considered as a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll need:  

- Customer service administration or customer service experience 
- Experience of using a database  
- Strong MS Office skills  
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines  
- Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills  

It would be great if you have experience of scheduling engineers nationally, but this isn’t essential.
