Offering to Pay: £23,000 + £5,000 commission (Upon target completion). This role includes Pension Scheme/Private medical/23 days pro-rota from start/Mon-Fri (09:00-17:30) 1 hour Lunch
You will be Chasing customer, solicitors and mortgage brokers to ensure time scales are met. Legally progressing plot sales. Freehold sales and commercial sales. Producing weekly and monthly reports to board directors using word,excel and in house system. Liaising with different departments to answer queries and obtain documents.
Key Tasks: Plot Sales, Freehold Sales & Admin. (Training provided)
We are looking for someone with an Office Background, Good Telephone skills and Customer services background.
