We have a great opportunity for an Onsite Recruiter (with experience of team management) to join a fantastic Independent, East Midlands based recruitment agency.
The successful induvidual will have experience working in a very fast paced Recruitment environment, working towards high volumes - in excess of 200 + temps per shift. Having experience within the Industrial arena you will be looking after 3 large sites located in Burton and Nottinghamshire.
You will be somebody who leads by example, who can roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Being experienced with onsite recruitment, you will be the person that your team lean on for motivation, advice and support.
