Customer Service Advisors

Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to be supporting our utility based client in Belfast City Centre.

Our client has requested that the applicant must be available to attend a training session on Friday 14th December @ 1300hours, this usually lasts a few hours.

Our client is committed to improving their service with their customers all year round and this is why they are a leading utility company, our client is always at the end of the phone to assist customers with their queries especially in the winter months where the cold weather can cause major faults with water, frozen pipes and road issues


We are seeking candidates from a good service history that can attend the training next week. The applicant will be equipped with information on what can happen in the winter months and how they can help the customer by providing information to help them with their queries.

This role may proceed into the new year, depending on the weather, Brook Street are keen to hear from you on what days/evening/nights you are available to work.

In return you will be paid £7 for the training.
