We are looking for experienced Receptionists for weekend work - Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 11am - 4pm
The role itself is within a busy environment, so ideal candidates will be able to work well under pressure. For this role, receptionist experience is essential.
You will be responsible for answering calls, transferring calls, meeting and greeting clients, taking messages, keeping the reception area tidy and other general administrative duties
You must have a good telephone manner, be well presented and have a friendly nature as you will be the first point of contact for all customers.
The hours are Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 11am - 4pm. This will be for ad hoc weekends and not every weekend.
