This is a brand new, exclusive Customer Service/ Maintenance Operative position with a well-known, privately owned construction company based on the outskirts of Norwich.
This is a salaried/ permanent position, come about due to company growth. We are looking for a hardworking and committed individual to deliver excellent customer service for this client.
The role involves managing and delivering post contract services to the companies clients and purchasers; To continually improve their customer journey and enhance their customer satisfaction results.
The successful applicant must be willing to travel throughout Norfolk and parts of Suffolk and Cambridgeshire region, and will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas:
• Experience of the building industry
• Ideally a carpentry background/ core trade with NVQ2 or equivalent in Carpentry
• Knowledge of NHBC requirements
• Proven experience in customer care is essential, excellent communication and organisational skills
• Delivering quality
• Meeting deadlines
• Full driving licence
• Compliance with the Company's policies and procedures in respect of Health, Safety, the Environment, LIMS, IT and Human Resources.
• Multi skill capabilities with track record in a proactive approach in resolving a wide range of defects
Salary is GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 and negotiable depending on experience, plus a fully tooled company van, fuel card and package.
