Our client is a Community based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that they work in.

Based in Didsbury their primary business is the management of approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester, however they go beyond bricks and mortar providing services to improve the lives of their tenants and residents. They also operate a commercial subsidiary that generates surplus to be reinvested into their communities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Governance and Compliance Officer, and for the right person they offer a 35 hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Reporting to the Head of Governance and Performance, the successful applicant will manage a small team that provides high-level administrative support to the Board and Executive, also ensuring that Southway fulfils its regulatory and legal requirements.
