Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working with a premier design-led architectural practice to recruit motivated and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistants to join their ever-expanding team in West Sussex.
As an Architectural Assistant you will be based in a vibrant office close to the seafront in West Sussex, with a highly sociable atmosphere. A good work/life balance is actively encouraged and as such the position comes with a variety of staff benefits including regular social events, European study trips and regular CPD seminars.
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will offer support working on a range of medium to large scale residential developments at all RIBA stages. As part of a talented team, you will assist the development of design proposals and solutions for residential-led outline and detailed planning applications as well as prepare drawings, schedules, reports, and visualisations, and coordinate designs with other consultants.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 years UK experience post Part II, ideally working in the residential sector
* Well organised with excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations
* AutoCAD and Sketch-up proficiency
* Experience in Revit is essential
The studio is conveniently located within a short walk of West Worthing train station and there is free parking nearby.
A highly competitive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant, dependant on experience.
