Our client is a new and exciting pub in Old Windsor. It as undergone a magnificent transformation marrying the finest elements of tradition with modern practicalities and comfort.
The winner of several awards in 2018 including "best new comer" and " one to watch" the chef proprietor is looking to push for rosettes and Michelin stars in the future.
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team.
As Restaurant Manager you will be hands on and running the daily operation of this fantastic site ensuring the high standards of service expected are maintained at all times.
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have the following:
1. Experience as a Restaurant Manager or an Assistant Manager
2. Rosette or Michelin starred experience a must
3. Passion for the service industry with a proven track record of success.
4. Stable CV with clear progression in a similar environment
5. Hand on approach within the restaurant
6. Excellent written and Verbal English
7. Experience of leading a team to success.
