Digital Marketing Executive

Our client is a company that for many years has been helping people complete volunteering and apprenticeships across the world. They are moving to Brighton!

With this in mind, we are now recruiting for a Digital Marketing specialist to grow the business further.

Your main duty will be to drive the on-going development and improvements of our digital marketing strategy, ensuring user journeys are seamless to increase sales.

Other duties include:
* Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our target audience
* Implement and optimise online adverts through multiple digital channels to increase awareness and drive sales
* Ensure all ads are tracked so attribution can be clearly defined
* Actively involved in SEO & UX efforts
* Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of web analytics tools and report back to key stakeholders
* Implement A/B tests to drive higher engagement and conversion rates
* Involved in the development of ads including message testing

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
* Experience in an email marketing role or similar
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans
* A creative thinker
* Experience working with DSPs ideal
* Ideally have a bachelor's degree with marketing background
* Have excellent written, oral and presentation skills
* Have experience with all digital marketing channels including programmatic display, affiliates, native, video, direct partnerships
* Understand PPC, social, SEO & UX strategies
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans
* Have experience with tracking systems such as DCM, GTM
* Have experience working with Wordpress, Hotjar and Google Analytics
* An understanding of HTML and CSS
* Enjoy working with people from all over the world, and be enthusiastic about collaborating across cultures
