Are you a highly-organised Graduate with a proven understanding of HR processes? Or an experienced and enthusiastic HR Assistant with strong administrative abilities? Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

We are recruiting for a confident communicator with unfaltering ambition and drive, looking to develop their HR career in the exciting role of a HR Assistant! You will be working for a progressive business who specialise in global logistics and transport coordination, where your role here will be to provide administrative support to the HR department and to proactively engage in a range of personnel-led duties.

In this HR Assistant role, your day will be diverse, and fast-paced. Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining and updating HR databases and software to reflect new starters/leavers, variations to contracts and training records
* Producing documentation in relation to updated HR policies and procedures
* HR events coordination: implementing projects, booking meetings and organising training
* Processing any requests from employees
* Recruitment support: assisting with job-ad posting, processing CVs and new starter on-boarding and paperwork
* Producing Internal Communications; preparing presentations and relevant reports

In this role as a HR Assistant, you will be exposed to sensitive and highly confidential material on a daily basis, so you will need to demonstrate utmost integrity and reliability. Your duties will be significant to the efficiency of the workforce within this leading organisation, so it is necessary that you can prioritise tasks and manage a heavy workload. To be successful in your application, you must also possess the following skills and experience:

* A HR-related degree or a background as a HR assistant/HR administrator would be an advantage
* Be IT literate, with some experience of using HR software, ideally HRIS, and proficiency in Microsoft Packages
* Showcase high-levels of organisation; completing tasks in a professional and timely manner
* Be a strong communicator with people of various levels, working collaboratively and supportively within a team
* Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
