HR Advisor - Newcastle - GBP22,000

We are looking for a HR Advisor to work for a large manufacturing company in the Newcastle area on a permanent basis.

We're looking for;

* Someone with strong administration skills
* Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Experience working with HR & Microsoft word packages.
* Ideally with a CIPD Qualification or working towards in your own time.

Responsibilities:

* Support on employee relation queries.
* Preparation of letters and documents
* Maintain and update records
* Dealing with aspects of the recruitment process
* Supporting line managers in interview processes
