As a Barista you will need to demonstrate these values daily by being flexible & working where the caf?? needs you most to deliver the best experience for our customers, as well as a great day at work for your team.
Our Baristas know how important the crop to cup journey is and therefore love working with such a high quality product. They live and breathe all things coffee (and tea!) and therefore need to possess a wide knowledge when it comes to the product and production of awesome beverages.
People applying should have
* Barista training
* Great communication skills
* Basic food prep skills
* Initiative and high motivation
* Attention to detail
* Cash handling experience
* Waitress experience
* A focus on customer service
* The ability to work well in a team
* A friendly attitude
* The ability to handle busy periods
Duties and responsibilities include
* Operating the till
* Serving customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Cleaning the caf??, front of house area, sink area, courtyard etc
* Making hot drinks using the coffee machine
* Clearing tables
* Ensuring that the caf?? environment is pleasant and welcoming
