Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles Dealerpoint

We have 2 key appointments...If you have a background in fleet, CV or within an automotive environment backed with service delivery skills and can meet the fast paced demands of transport then we would like to recruit you as our Service Advisors
Both positions are within the Nottingham area with our clients who are main dealer specialists within the Commercial Vehicle market
You must have
An Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Transport, Hire or plant experience/bacground
Service delievry & meeting the deadlines of our clients in a fast moving business
Worked well with the fleet engineers or controllers and customers at all levels
Booking vehicles in and out of the workshop locations liaising with customers on expected delivery of vehicles, repairs, damages claims
Service palnning and scheduling of work
Raising job cards and dealing related invoice queries
Good and strong admin skills with communication
Th Hours
Mon to Fri 8.30-5.30pm
Sat - every other 8am-12pm
Additional overtime is available
The Salary
Ddepending on experience between GBP20-GBP25k pa
