Car Sales Executive - Grimsby
Salary: GBP40,000 OTE (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time
Our client, currently celebrating their 20th Year in business, have gone from strength to strength and continue to be a well-respected Manufacturer partner. They have an exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive to join their Dealership Team in Grimsby.
This presents a fantastic opportunity for either:
-An experienced motor industry sales professional looking to have their hard work rewarded with an uncapped bonus scheme you will struggle to beat anywhere else in the industry
-A high achiever in a similar fast-paced sales environment who will relish a great opportunity
In return for your commitment you can expect:
-Uncapped bonus scheme, non-experienced Sales Consultants can earn GBP30,000 in their first year and for those with experience this can be GBP40,000 plus
-30 Days holiday including Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service
-Every third weekend off with one day off each week plus early finishes
-Bonus birthday holiday
-Christmas and birthday gifts
-Prize incentives during promotional events
-Company car
-Substantial discounts on new cars, parts and servicing for you and your family
-Enrolment in the Manufacturer College with training to ensure you have the tools to be the best in the business
-Company training to ensure you have the confidence and ability to optimise every opportunity, be it face to face, telephone or digital
