Commercial Lending Advisor

Introduction:

As a commercial Lending Advisor you will be working with an existing and experienced team learning how to manually assess new business lending proposals. You will be reviewing proposal forms, company searches, personal credit searches, land registry searches, bank statements, financial accounts and any other information to help make a lending decision.

Requirements:

An understanding of the SME Lending within banking or asset finance leasing finance industry or a commercial understanding of small and medium sized business would be an advantage.

Self-motivated with an ability to work independently as well as within a small team

Confident to make pragmatic decisions in an effective, efficient and consistent manner.

Analytically minded with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure, Excellent communication skills, Good prioritisation skills. Strong problem-solving skills with an investigative mindset.

Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office
