Assistant Electrical Project Manager (Building Services)

Midlands M&E Building Services Contractors established over 35 years and handling projects ranging from GBP25k small works through to developments in excess of GBP2M value seek to appoint an Assistant Electrical Project Manager to further strengthen their team

Role:

Working in partnership with an experienced project manager on contracts from inception to completion, your role will include:

• Handover of initial project brief
• Estimation, procurement & programming
• Production of method statements & risk assessments
• Installation management including subcontractors
• Production of as-built drawings (with AutoCAD amendments) and Operations & Maintenance Manuals
• Commissioning & client handover

Job Requirements:

• Qualified in an Electrical Engineering or Building Services discipline
• Electrical Building Services projects experience gained with M&E Contractors
• Computer literate including with AutoCAD 2D
• Full driving licence
