FINTEC recruit is seeking a Quality Manager for an engineering business based in Newport. This is a permanent position with salary £30,000 to £35,000 plus benefits, pension/life assurance etc. Experience of thermal coating processes an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Control of processes and materials to ensure product compliance
- Maintaining Quality Systems on site, attaining technical & Quality KPI's
- Supervision and development of personnel within the department
- Liaison with customers, suppliers and internal managers throughout the company
Skills and experience required for he Quality Manager position:
Degree in a related discipline, or alternative with appropriate experience. Experience of AS9100 and NADCAP accreditation is desired as well as thermal coating experience.
