As part of our continued growth plans we are seeking an exceptional Team Leader for the Permanent Recruitment Team, who wants to drive themselves and the business forward and become a core part of our management structure. You will receive continued guidance from the Senior Team and all the support you need to achieve success throughout.

The Challenge

Managing a team of perm consultants

Operate a billing desk

Play a vital role in the generation of new profitable business

Be responsible for the reporting of daily/weekly figures

Professional and pro-active staff leadership

Excellent team motivator

Commercially astute

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Numerically sound

Process driven

To manage effectively performance

Ensure that all operational processes are completed

Good attention to detail

The Person

Must have a minimum of 2 years perm recruitment experience

Must have a strong sales and service background

Have a sound geographical knowledge of South Wales

A track record of achievement in the business to business arena

Knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry

Inspires people with their enthusiasm and optimistic nature

Results orientated

Excellent numerical skills with exacting standards

The ability to ensure processes are performed correctly

Commercially astute

Likes to win with a 'Can do' attitude
