Senior Administrator - Temporary - Birmingham - GBP14.37
Your new company
We currently have an experienced for an experienced administrator to start with an Nationally know property organisation based within Birmingham City centre. Successful appointment of this role will result in being paid the equivalent rate of a GBP25,000 salary on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As part of your new role as an experienced administrator you will be responsible for supporting the surveyors by managing their diaries and organising appoints both on and off the site. You will also ensure document controlling and quality assurance is applied at all stages. As an experienced administrator you will be responsible for typing up compliance information into the system and ensuring documents have been filed correctly. Finally as the administrator you will ensure all incoming jobs have been registered and implemented into the system allowing the jobs to be distributed among the surveying team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as an experienced administrator you will be a professional individual with an outlook in regard to appearance, behaviours and attitude. You will also be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where flexibility is essential, you will also been able to work to tight deadlines.
