Hudson's client a leading Financial Services company has an exciting opportunity for a Fraud Analyst to join their existing team due to exceptional growth. This is a chance to work for a forward thinking, growing employer in an open plan dynamic environment.
Hours of work 35 hours per week, flexibility is required at times to cover core hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 6pm
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited too:
* Complete first line Fraud checks
* Undertake enhanced checks for high risk proposals, in line with company policies and procedures
* Complete monthly sanctions checks
* Ensure all other departments are aware of the fraud processes
* Providing internal and external customers excellent customer service
* Building rapport and relationships with colleagues and customers
* Able to work in a fast paced/changing environment
* Support with the production with management information reporting
* Ensure all information remains confidential
Essential skills:
* Experience within a Fraud/Risk role in Financial Services is essential
* Awareness and understanding of prevailing regulatory and compliance requirements,
* Knowledge of all MS office
* First class communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a changing environment
