Airhost For You are Brighton's Airbnb and short let experts. We provide a professional and personal Airbnb management service offering completely hassle-free hosting that ensures guests are happy, properties are cared for and hosts are maximising income.

We are a fast growing business with offices in Central Brighton that will double in size again this year. As such we are looking for committed, enthusiastic, responsible team players to be a critical part of our success going forward.

Client Success Manager

Job Purpose
To ensure the success of a diverse range of Airhost For You's existing and new clients through a great understanding of our business and the short let market.

Main Responsibilities

  • To convert incoming leads and drive client growth
  • To on-board new clients from Sign-up through to live listing / active client status
  • To manage new and existing clients to drive their continued success
  • To actively increase client income and occupancy by:
    • managing pricing
    • managing listing quality and optimisation
    • driving Airbnb Superhost and Host Plus
    • managing client and guest feedback and actioning accordingly
    • working closely with the Guest Support team to increase number and value of bookings
  • To support and develop marketing and event activities.

Person Specification
You will absolutely need to have:

  • 2-4 years of sales, account management or business development experience
  • Excellent time management skills; able to set and meet deadlines
  • Some knowledge and experience of Airbnb would be beneficial.

You will be:

  • Driven and flexible; able to adapt quickly to change
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Customer service-oriented with an ability to drive client value and satisfaction
  • Able to quickly develop and maintain successful relationships.

Location: Based in our Brighton offices
Hours: Full time office hours 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility
Salary: GBP24-GBP29,000 per annum depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
