Position: Paraplanner

Location: Taunton

Salary: GBPNegotiable depending on experience

We are currently looking for a Paraplanner to join a highly reputable IFA firm.

Are you someone who takes pride in the work that you do and is capable or producing top quality, accurate and most importantly compliant suitability reports?

If so, you will be providing a paraplanning service for 3 consultants with varied business cases and a range of clients.

Ideally you will have or be close to attaining your Level 4 Diploma and similar experience in an IFA firm before

Duties will include:-

Technical Research and compilation of client reports

Liaising with Product Providers

Providing a secondary point of contact for clients in the absence of the Consultant

Managing client's expectations and dealing with information requests

Providing technical assistance to the administration team

Assisting with the client review process

Development and maintenance of Company's Standard reports and letters

Skills:

Dip DFS or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role

Excellent IT office skills including Work, PowerPoint and Excel, e-mail and internet

Experience of using Avelo Adviser Office (1st) client database/back office system and/or Virtual Cabinet (VC) paperless office system

Experience of using research tools such as FE Anayltics, Synaptics & Selectapension

Experience in the fields of Clients in Later Life, Personal Injury/Medical Negligence cases, Court of Protection work and Trust Investment

A sound knowledge of Investments,Pensions and Trusts

Experience of Cashflow modelling Software
