Cordant People are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for our client based in Soho, London. This position is temp to perm and is Monday-Friday.
This role will require the following:
Management of Octopus HR database - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
* Day to day maintenance of system and updating relevant areas and staff
* Inputting all 2019 holiday entitlements and communicating with staff
* Co-ordinate with sister companies HR
* Be point of contact for Octopus service providers
Manage Appraisal & KPI process
* Ensure Appraisal and KPI's are flagged/carried out and reported on in line with company best practice
* Act on or report to the manager any breaches or concerns
* Manage and analyse gathering of 360 Feedback and deliver to Appraiser
Efficient on boarding & leaving process
* Manage starter and leaver process. Offer letters/contracts/IT requirements/Finance requirements
* Ensure announcements go out on day of starting
* Constantly seek new ways of improving process
You will also have to take on responsibility for maintaining salary and pension information and working with Finance & payroll providers.
You will also be the first point of call for HR matters for staff whether it is holiday, issues with colleagues/work, pay issues, attendance and punctuality of staff, disciplinary of staff etc.
You will also have to keep their intranet system up to date on a daily basis.
