Trainee Recruitment Consultant - 3X Graduate Positions Available

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Company
You would be working for one of the largest recruitment companies within the Manchester area, who are currently working with over 200 hiring clients.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role
You will be put through their intensive award-winning training course when you first start. This is to prepare you for every possible circumstance that you are likely to encounter along the path to achieving your goals. The training is designed to teach you all the skills you will need to make you the most efficient consultant in your team!
Once your training is completed you will become a full 360 recruitment consultant dealing with both candidates and clients simultaneously, giving you a chance to earn the big bucks!
