To attract only the best: GBP30-GBP36K p.a. basic salary (DOE) plus, excellent (uncapped) commission structure, Company Car and the benefit of being HOME-BASED (location flexible - in/near Hatfield area) and an immediate start available for the successful Candidate.Typical commission structure: 3% of gross revenue in Year One with the bonus of recurring commission of 1.5% of gross contract in Year Two.

Our Client, Advanced Parking Ltd, have appointed Armstrong Denby Executive Search & Recruitment on an exclusive basis to find only the best B2B Business Development Executive to join their highly-driven sales organisation. Advanced Parking is a market-leading provider of innovative parking, access, surveillance and payment solutions.

While some qualified leads will be supplied, YOU must be prepared for the hard-miles of prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, internet research, social selling and relevant sales channels. Previous experience within this or similar sectors (and "solution-selling") is desirable but not essential. YOU will help new customers maximise their parking solutions and deliver the ROI that they seek: by understanding their challenges and positioning fresh, creative, cost effective industrial solutions that "solve their pain".

Your Year One target will be jointly agreed (with no geographical territory limits to hinder your search for new business but tytpically within the Home Counties region and Greater London area) but, high levels of success are anticipated.
