Are you a dedicated HR administrator looking for a fantastic new challenge for the New Year?
Hamlin Knight are recruiting an HR Administrator position for a client based in Coventry. You do not need to have any HR qualifications for this position, but you must be a strong administrator and have a minimum of 2 years HR Admin experience. Your duties will be mostly providing administrative support to the HR Manager, so you must be a good team player with the ability to get on with tasks being set throughout the day.
We are looking for a candidate with specific HR experience with a stable work history. You must have a minimum of 2 years HR experience and be fully up-to-date with current UK legislation.
You will be:
-A dedicated Administrator
-Must have some HR Admin experience
-At least an intermediate user of Microsoft Word and Excel
-Be able to pick up basic tasks on the job and get on with things
-Have the attention to detail to accurately populate a new database
-You must be able to work efficiently to get simple, but high volumes of work done in a timely manner
-You should be completely IT proficient be able to use IT to aid efficiency
The role:
-You will work specifically to assist the HR Manager in a variety of tasks
-You will be required to input a great deal of data and accuracy in the task is imperative
-You will undertake a number of HR Admin tasks: setting up employee meetings, record keeping, dealing with confidential and sensitive information
