Valeco Recruitment are on the market for our global client to recruit a permanent Secretarial Manager to join the firm in 2019.
Your role is to be responsible for all Secretarial and Administrative functions working closely with all departments and management to ensure effective systems and processes are in place and working efficiently.
Key duties will involve:
* Develop and implement best practice processes through regular reviews to ensure the teams are operating as effectively as possible
* Identify service improvements, liaising with key stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate improvement
* Management and liaising with Senior Management
* Act as a key point for the Office Services staff
* Identify and maintain appropriate level of resource, ensuring the needs of each department are met
* Performance management including leading reviews, conducting 1:1's and agreeing objectives
* Identify training and development needs
* Recruitment and selection along with many other key duties.
What do we require?
* Background in managing large teams, including management of front line HR issues
* Be able to be flexible to meet the demands of the role
* Stakeholder management experience and management
* Background in Corporate Services
* First class communication and presentation skills
* Track record of working in a fast paced environment
