What you'll do

The role includes many elements including business development, relationship management, business maximisation and sales but the core responsibility is to ensure that contractor book is being fully supported.

Some of the duties;

- Make contact with all the runners and their managers to make introductions and make sure there are no outstanding issues.
- At this point you will ascertain if they are looking to extend and start troubleshooting any issues/rate changes etc so we can start looking at potential replacement and backfill if needed.
- Service calls; weekly with all contractors, meetings with each one on a quarterly basis
- Aim to meet all managers on a bi-monthly basis
- These service calls should incorporate the business development element where you will mapping the contractors and clients
- Work very closely with our finance and operations teams and understand Opus practices, add value where possible where compliance and processes can be improved/streamlined
- Support message on compliance and provide training on contractor monitoring
- Sales maximisation of any leads

Ideally you will have some previous recruitment experience within the contract/temps area within IT would be preferable, and a desire for sales/business development/ account management.
