The Company:
Heading into our fifth year of business the Eileen Richards Recruitment team have gone from strength to strength. Our ambitious Leicester based team is currently made up of ten motivated recruitment individuals who are each experienced within their own sectors. Due to success within this area, we are looking to expand and find a high-performing, ambitious Executive Search & Selection Specialist to mesh with the team!

Role & Responsibilities:
* Understanding our clients and candidates needs
* Working within the Executive/Non Executive sector
* Establishing new, long-standing business accounts.
* High-level candidate sourcing, qualification, and relationship management.
* Behavioural fit matching.
* Leveraging personal networks
* Headhunting and
About You
* Experience working with clients at an Executive level
* Articulate with strong communication and listening skills.
* Driven, Resilience and Ambitious for success.
* Patient and understand the importance of listening to your clients needs and take time to build a partnership with them.
* A mature individual who can communicate at all levels
* Enjoy celebrating success and being part of a passionate and successful team
