This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer with product quality and reliability experience within the semiconductor industry, who is looking to improve processes and resolve manufacturing and supply chain quality issues across product lines.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Qualification of new devices, product changes and reliability monitoring
Identifying the appropriate electrical and physical device analysis techniques required to investigate IC faults
Coordinate and drive failure analysis on returned ICs (RMAs)
Product and material environment testing and qualification
Supplier quality audits
Internal ISO management
8-D, FMEA, CAR and control plan
Essential skills and experience include:
Degree qualified within a relevant discipline
Extensive experience within quality and reliability engineering
Vast experience with yield/process issues
Strong knowledge of semiconductor device manufacturing
In-depth knowledge of device reliability physics and failure analysis techniques
Conversant with ISO9001/14001
