Telemarketing/Sales Manager

A well-established telemarketing company are looking for experienced Telemarketers/Sales Managers to manage the recent acquisition of a number of new clients.

This is a homebased role so experience in appointment setting campaigns is mandatory.

The Telemarketing Consultants/Sales Managers must be confident in their verbal delivery, able to converse on a consultative basis in ways of introducing new services and products and confident in booking appointments for a field sales team.

The successful Telemarketing Consultant/Sales Manager will have the following skills & experience:

• Account management
• Data cleansing
• Appointment setting
• Previous experience in telemarketing is required.
• This is cold calling so need to have someone who can manage themselves and the client's expectations, keeping themselves motivated and service focused at all times.

The Company:

Established in 2013 this company have grown predominately by word of mouth and now manage 17 clients between a small team of telemarketers. They require consultants who are target and financially driven to produce the results their clients expect.

In return you will receive a salary of up to GBP12.00 per hour dependent on experience, bonus is paid subject to performance and KPI's. hours to suit, working from home plus the bonus of no evenings or weekends.
