The Role
- A key post, working closely with the Production and Engineering departments on the late morning to early evening shift, carrying out process alterations, monitoring downtime, minor repairs and quality control and working to the highest standards of workmanship.
- Quality checks on Production line work to ensure products are to an acceptable quality and to make adjustments to keep within standards.
- Checking process settings are to correct standard, running at correct cycle time and achieving targets.
- .Assisting maintenance team with general housekeeping and other tasks, including Planned Maintenance, and some repairs.

- An enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated individual with good communication skills and keen to start a new career within this industry.
- .Ideally this role would suit an experienced person from a plastic injection / blow moulding or similar manufacturing environment.
- A team player with initiative, drive and determination to learn and achieve results.
