This company is actively recruiting a Qualified/ Part Qualified Accountant to join their growing Accountancy/ Bookkeeping Practice. This role will be based at the company office in St Albans and will involve general accounting, tax returns, and management of a small team.
Scope for flexible working/ limited element of working from home if required
Key responsibilities:
- Providing accurate, compliant accountancy services to a range of clients
- Making sure the month end books are reviewed with complete, accurate and detailed analysis.
- Utilising Quickbooks, Xero and Sage
- Ensuring month end reconciliations are completed timely and accurately; reconciling items are appropriately investigated and actioned.
- A small element of bookkeeping
Experience
- ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA - fully or part qualified
- XERO, Quickbooks and Sage knowledge
- Consultancy approach
- Team Player
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work confidently and knowledgeably with their clients
The role is available for mid December start
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: GBP30,000.00 to GBP40,000.00 /year
