Part time Cleaner (16hs a week)
The Opportunity

* Contract: Permanent
* Working hours: 16 hours a week
* Location: multi-sites (within walking distance)
* Hythe Library 1 hour per day (Monday to Saturday either mornings 7-8am or evenings after 6pm)
* The Bridge Centre Hythe 2 hours per day (Monday to Friday either mornings from 6-8am or evenings after 5pm)
What is the purpose of this role?
To provide a cleaning service that meets our contractual commitments, to include, but not limited to, tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, the polishing of surface and mopping of areas required. In line with cleaning best practice and health and safety regulations.
What will this role involve?
* Ensuring that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
* Equipment are maintained and stored correctly
* Always keeping in line with and health and safety regulations
* Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
* Report any concerns or issues to the supervisor immediately for action e.g. broken equipment
What are we looking for?
* Have good attention to detail
* Able to work independently and use own initiative
* Demonstrate a reliable and responsible approach
* Being punctual
* Welcome the opportunity to learn and support others
* Having cleaning experience (Advantageous)
* Team player
* Environmental awareness
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a security check for this position.
