Walsingham Support is a leading charity, working across the UK, developing and delivering support for people with learning disabilities. This is a busy and varied role, providing administrative support to senior managers and colleagues across the region. Duties include supporting regional meetings through preparing agendas and minute taking; working on individual projects and research; as well as general telephone work, correspondence and database management.
Based in our beautiful services near Ledbury, Herefordshire, you will be the first point of contact for Walsingham's local Operations & Development team, ensuring that all people we support, customers, funders, and regulators receive positive, professional service. You will also plan local events, from Trustee visits to carol services.
You will bring excellent customer service, organisational and IT skills, and have experience of working in an office environment.
It goes without saying that in line with our values and ethos, you will be dedicated to ensuring that people we support are fully included in all areas of the business.
