The Commercial Coordinator Role:

The Commercial Coordinator is an integral part of the commercial function. Working in the Commercial team, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating, tracking and communicating project valuations, service agreements and quotation activities for new and existing customers. This will be complimented with a high level of exposure to the Operations (Project & Service), Sales, Bid and Technical departments. 

The Commercial Coordinator role is pivotal in maximising revenue opportunities, driving business performance in respect to resolving customer issues, and providing solutions to resolve faults while providing excellent customer service.

The role-owner will take total ownership of all service contract renewals, and assisting in project valuations, quotation requests and all quotations provided thereafter, from the initial contact to delivery of works/parts.

+ High numerical skills - can understand a profit and loss account.
+ Computer literate 
+ Willingness to learn
+ Aptitude/willingness to manage people
+ Can take instruction and own to completion
+ Someone who is organised and can work to prescribed timescales to deliver clear communications to the client, with attention to detail.
