Reed HR are working with a well known organisation based in Central London to recruit a HR Advisor on a Permanent basis.
This position will work as part of a HR team, and act as the main point of contact for your assigned client group in order to support, advise, and ensure the Organisation' people strategy, and policies are adhered to.
You will be responsible for the full Employee Life cycle for your client group, ensuring best practice is followed, and reporting up induction, development opportunities, and leaver management information.
Some of the responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- To advise clients on people planning and recruitment and retention opportunities and initiatives
- To assist the Human Resources Manager with employee relations cases including: re-organisations, grievances, disciplinaries, ill health and any other people related issues.
- To ensure that employee data is accurate using the HR system. To work with Finance and Payroll to ensure that all people changes are actioned correctly
- To support/lead on HR projects and initiatives, carrying our research and design work as agreed
- To actively participate in Human Resources meetings, planning, development and team building events
- Provide ad-hoc support on any projects, policy updates, ER casework, Recruitment Activities as required
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience within a HR Advisory / Officer role, as well as good experience supporting within a Generalist capacity, managing a wide variety of work, and working to a quick pace.
