Person Specification
For this post, you must be an adept KS2 Teacher who has previous experience working in an inner city school and knowledge and experience of working with EAL pupils. You must show the ability to deliver motivational lessons that will inspire pupils and use your skills and experience to good effect in the classroom. You will have a superb level of self-motivation, letting your ambition and natural energy drive your interaction both independently when in a team. The Headteacher wants to recruit a teacher with a determined character and the ambition to thrive under potential challenges, using them as experiences to develop their own skills and to grow as a teacher.

About the Role
In this KS2 Teacher post you will be joining a specific KS2 class based on the school's need and you will be developing your skills through a comprehensive CPD programme. You will be progressing your teaching abilities by working with a Headteacher and developed by a Headteacher who has been described as proven. You will have the opportunity to teach using some exceptional facilities and equipment such as bright, airy classrooms.
