Full / Part Time Support Worker (Need Your Own Transport)

Well-established national organizations are recruiting for Full or Part Time Day Support Workers for their 6 bed residential care home in Seaton, Devon. You will be working with Adults who have learning disabilities; site & hearing impaired and can display mild challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:

• Support clients with everyday duties i. cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping etc
• Manage them through their Support Plans (maintain good health and diet)
• Assist them with any activities or day centres they attend to
• Accompany them out & about in the community i bank appointments, health visits etc
• Full personal care will be required

Qualifying candidates:

• Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)
• You will need your own transport due to location

Contract / Terms:

• Salary is £8,403 - £15,756 per annum = £8 an hour
• Contracts available are 20 - 37 hours a week
• Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
• Shifts patterns are 7:30am - 3pm and 2:30pm - 10pm
