Ancasta International Boat Sales is one of the largest and most globally recognised yacht sales companies in today’s market. With sixteen offices across Europe and a global online presence that collectively represents some of the largest manufacturers in the industry, it is little wonder that over 400 boats are sold annually throughout the network.

An opportunity has now arisen for a Yacht Broker to join their Plymouth office.  The successful candidate must demonstrate success in a sales environment and be both ambitious and self-motivated. They must have an ability and desire to deliver the highest level of customer service. Previous boat sales experience and local marine knowledge is not essential. The successful candidate must hold a valid UK driver’s license (or equivalent).

The successful candidate will be part of a professional team who are in turn part of a motivated and forward-thinking company.  We offer a generous package (basic salary plus commission) and an enviable marine based working environment.
